Rather than chasing perfect posture or peak performance, we explore how you move, breathe, and feel from the inside out. Using tools from yoga, somatics, self-myofascial release, and nervous system-informed practices, we co-create sessions that build proprioception, restore fluid movement, and help you reinhabit your body with trust.

My approach is gentle but precise—rooted in deep listening, decades of experience, and the understanding that real change comes from safety, not strain.
