Finding the Studio
Enter through the orange door located between Glacier Brewhouse and ZoeZ Art Gallery on West 5th Avenue.

The studio is located upstairs in Suite 210.
​
Parking
Metered parking is available Monday through Friday. Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking and arrive comfortably before your session.

Before Your Appointment
The orange entry door remains locked between appointments.
If you're coming for a Discovery Session, you'll receive the door code in your confirmation email.

Returning clients are welcome to send me a quick text when they arrive, and I'll meet you downstairs shortly before your appointment begins.
​
Because I do not have a receptionist or dedicated waiting area, I ask that clients arrive at their scheduled appointment time rather than early. This allows me to fully attend to the client before you and create a calm, uninterrupted transition between sessions.
​
If you're having trouble locating the door or accessing the building, don't worry. I typically come downstairs a few minutes before each appointment to welcome clients and make sure everyone finds their way comfortably.

Whether we're working together through hands-on bodywork, somatic coaching, or movement education, my intention is to create a space where you can slow down, become curious, and reconnect with yourself.
