Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop
Friday, December 20th, 6:00 – 7:30 pm
Join us in celebrating the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, and a beautiful moment to turn inward. This unique gathering honors the darkness as a time of reflection, stillness, and intention-setting.
Our practice will begin with setting a Sankalpa, a heartfelt intention, to guide our journey. We’ll then move through gentle, therapeutic yoga sequences incorporating an inflatable therapy ball to support and nurture the body. These movements are designed to invite ease, self-awareness, and calm as we explore this profound time of year.
To close, we’ll transition into a deep yoga Nidra practice, guiding you into a state of complete relaxation and inner peace. As you rest, this guided meditation will allow you to connect with your inner self, align with your Sankalpa, and embrace the quiet wisdom of winter.
