Winter Solstice Workshop 2nd Offering

Winter Solstice Practice to celebrate the shortest day and the longest night of the year. It is a perfect time to reflect, meditate, and practice together in the shared experience of an inner somatic journey. Soma is a word that describes the living organism in its wholeness - it's this concept that our basic blueprint as humans is wholeness, and through the embodied experience of sensations, emotions, internal narratives, relational stance, actions, and nonactions, we are designed to heal through embodied transformation.

This unique workshop blends breath, vision, gentle movement, journaling, and meditation to celebrate the shortest day of the year and the return of the light with a personal insight to carry you through the long night and beyond.
