About the Event
The Roll Model Method is a soft-tissue conditioning, self-care fitness format that uses the various Roll Model® Therapy Balls for self-myofascial release (self-massage). This may include breath work, Check-In and Re-Check, elements of alignment, anatomy instruction and mental awareness (such as conscious relaxation).
The Science of Rolling, Saturday Novemeber 9th 8:30am-5pm
An 8 Hour program with a focus on crafting innovative moves and sequences using all four types of TRM Therapy Balls.
Ball Sequencing & Inovation, Sunday November 10th 8:30am-5pm
An 8 Hour program focusing on the science of pain physiology and fascia fundamentals that teaches six sequences using the original YTU Therapy Balls.
To become a Certified Roll Model® Method Practitioner, you must successfully complete the above trainings and an additional online training & test.
