This intimate, heart-centered workshop is an invitation to slow down and listen, to your body, your heart, and what is quietly asking for your attention right now.
Guided by somatic inquiry and expressive art-making, In the Hands of the Heart offers a gentle introduction to body mapping through a focused exploration of the hands as an extension of the heart: how we reach, hold, protect, offer, and relate.
This work is informed by Soul Art and shaped by years of somatic practice, facilitation, and listening to what people actually need in the room.
No artistic experience is necessary. This is not about making art, it’s about creating the conditions for your body to speak in its own language.
