Find Your Balance: A 4-Week Evolve Yoga Series
Tuesdays, October 29-November 19th 6-7:30pm. This progressive series incorporates neurology and cranial nerves, vestibular and ocular reflexes, and concludes with creative movement. Each session builds upon the last in a carefully designed progressive journey into understanding balance.

Week 1: Neurology & Cranial Nerves 1-4
Exploring the Foundations of Balance
In the first week, we'll dive into the fundamentals of neurology and its connection to movement and balance. Particular focus will be placed on cranial nerves 1-4 (Olfactory, Optic, Oculomotor, and Trochlear), understanding how they affect the brain’s interpretation of sensory input and body movement. You’ll learn specific yoga practices that target these nerves to improve proprioception, body awareness, and balance.
Introduction to basic neurological principles and their role in movement
Cranial nerves 1-4: how they influence vision, breath, and balance
Simple head and eye movement exercises to engage these nerves
