Welcome
Feel Disconnected, Overwhelmed,
Or Not Quite Here?

Pain, tension, anxiety, exhaustion, overwhelm, and recurring patterns often aren't signs that something is wrong with you. They're signs that your nervous system has adapted in an effort to protect you.
Through integrative bodywork, somatic coaching, and movement education, I help people reconnect with their bodies, develop greater awareness, and cultivate a more grounded, resilient relationship with themselves.
The Body of Work Approach
Your body carries a lifetime of experiences, adaptations, and stories. Sometimes those patterns show up as pain, tension, overwhelm, or a sense that you've become disconnected from yourself.
The Body of Work approach helps you slow down, listen, and develop a different relationship with what your body is communicating. Together, we'll explore what needs attention, build awareness, and create practical ways to integrate what you discover into everyday life.

LISTEN
UNDERSTAND
INTEGRATE
Through integrative bodywork, we begin by listening. Hands-on work can help reduce pain, uncover patterns of tension, and bring awareness to areas of the body that may have been ignored, protected, or overworked. The goal isn't to fix your body—it's to better understand what it's trying to communicate.
Somatic coaching helps connect physical sensations with thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and life experiences. Together, we explore the patterns beneath the symptoms, building awareness of how your nervous system has adapted and developing new ways to respond with greater choice and self-compassion.
Sustainable change happens through practice. Movement, breathwork, nervous system tools, and simple daily practices help bring what you've learned into everyday life. The goal isn't perfection—it's creating a more grounded, resilient relationship with yourself over time.
Whether we begin with bodywork, somatic coaching, or movement, the intention is the same: to help you reconnect with yourself and move through life with greater awareness, choice, and ease.

A Different Approach
This work isn't about fixing what's wrong with you.
It's about developing the awareness, capacity, and tools to better understand what's already happening within you.
Together, we'll explore what your body is communicating, build trust in your own experience, and create practical ways to move forward with greater clarity, choice, and ease.

About Kimberly

For much of my life, I believed that if I could just work harder, think differently, or find the right solution, I could fix whatever felt difficult.
What I've come to understand, through my own experiences and more than two decades of working with others—is that many of the challenges we face aren't problems to solve. They're invitations to listen more deeply.
Pain. Stress. Overwhelm. Anxiety. Disconnection.
Often, these experiences aren't signs that something is wrong with us. They're adaptive responses. Messages from a body and nervous system that have been working hard to help us navigate life.
My work is rooted in the belief that your body is not broken.
Through integrative bodywork, somatic coaching, movement education, and nervous system-informed practices, I help people develop a more compassionate and connected relationship with themselves. Together, we explore patterns, build awareness, and create practical ways to bring that awareness into everyday life.
My Path
"A body of work is built over time, through curiosity, practice, experience, and a willingness to keep learning."
For more than 26 years, I've been helping people understand their bodies and move with greater ease.
My path has included advanced bodywork training, a yoga teaching path turned anatomy and biomechanics, breathwork education, somatic coaching, movement studies, and years spent exploring the intersection of the body, nervous system, and human experience.
Along the way, I've learned that lasting change rarely comes from force, fixing, or pushing harder.
It comes from curiosity.
From learning how to listen.
From developing the capacity to stay present with ourselves, even when life feels uncertain.
